Fact Check

The Rumor Scanner team’s investigation reveals that the discussed photos are not scenes of any real event. In reality, they are related to a fake or mock trailer named ‘Thanksgiving’ created by American filmmaker Eli Roth in 2007. No connection was found between these photos and the Epstein files.

Investigating this matter, an article published in January 2023 was found on a website named ‘The Horrors of Halloween’. The discussed photos are attached there. The article mentions that the photos are part of a fake or mock trailer created by Eli Roth in 2007. He created that trailer for the film ‘Grindhouse’ by Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez.

Additionally, an article regarding this was found on the website of the film database IMDb. It states that this is a parody of a trailer for a holiday slasher genre film. Furthermore, scenes matching the discussed photos are also seen in the video of that fake or mock trailer on YouTube.

In further investigation, an interview with Eli Roth was found on the website of the entertainment magazine The Hollywood Reporter. In the interview, he stated that he had been thinking of making a Thanksgiving-themed slasher film since childhood. The fake or mock trailer created in 2007 was made merely as a parody at that time. However, due to long-standing audience interest and demand, a story was built based on that concept, and finally, a full-length film named ‘Thanksgiving’ was released in 2023.

Moreover, no relationship was found between the discussed photos and the Epstein files.

Therefore, acting scenes have been circulated with the claim of arranging humans on a table to cook and eat, which is false.
