Fact-check

Rumor Scanner’s investigation reveals that the video of the bride meeting her lover two hours before the wedding is not a real-life incident. In reality, it is a scripted or staged scene created by an Indian content creator.

During the investigation, the original video was found on an Instagram account with the username ‘chalte_phirte098’, published on December 13.

Upon observing the Instagram account, it was confirmed that it belongs to an Indian content creator named Aarav Mavi. He regularly creates and publishes various dramatized content based on contemporary stories.

In a video message posted from the same profile on December 16, the content creator clarified that the video in question is not a real event but was filmed according to a script. He explained that he creates such entertainment-oriented content based on various stories submitted by his followers.

Therefore, an acted or scripted video is being circulated as a real scene of a young woman meeting her lover two hours before her wedding; the claim is completely false.
