False claim: AI image claims Shah Rukh Khan donated ₹25 crore for Babri Mosque.

The historic Babri Mosque in Ayodhya, India, was demolished on December 6, 1992. Last year, a massive Ram Mandir was constructed at the same site, which has been a subject of significant political discussion and criticism in the country. Amidst this, Humayun Kabir, an MLA recently expelled from the Trinamool Congress (TMC), took the initiative to build a mosque in Murshidabad, West Bengal, modeled after the Ayodhya Babri Mosque. As part of this initiative, the foundation stone of the mosque was laid on December 6. Reports indicate that a large amount of financial aid has started arriving from both home and abroad for the mosque’s construction, and it is even heard that individuals from Bangladesh are interested in sending financial help. In this context, a claim has been circulated on social media asserting that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has personally donated 25 crore rupees for the Babri Mosque.
